Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at popsykidspk@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions for sending your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us right away if:

The item is defective or damaged, or
You received the wrong item

This allows us to quickly evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

Custom-made or personalized clothing
Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
Gift cards

We also cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used.

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to place a new order for the desired product and then initiate a return for the original one. Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded for the original item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
