Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Karachi: Orders are typically delivered within 1 business day.
Other Cities in Pakistan: Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly during sales, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via Email or SMS.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your parcel’s delivery progress through the courier’s website or helpline.

Shipping Charges

Orders below PKR 5,000: Delivery charges of PKR 200 apply.
Orders of PKR 5,000 or above: Free delivery across Pakistan.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.
For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery times may be extended or subject to courier availability.
